At Art of Helmets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your helmet doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the helmet in its original protective bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the visor film is intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the helmet, we will process your full refund or ship out your new size within 5 business days.
